I have a lot of good things to say so I’ll keep it short first.
Awesome guy, someone you enjoy coming into your house to go through everything.
He achieved more than what I was hoping and gave nothing but good impressions every time we caught up!
I was indecisive when I first wanted to sell but he kept in contact once a month which was awesome

We were listed with another Townsville RE Company who boast to be leaders in the RE Industry, But, we found them to be very lax and not pro active in promoting our listing. So we gave Brad a go at selling and the other Big Time RE Agent became angry with our decision to use Brad, and went so far as to get preference for their Ad on RE.com.au over Brads Ad, Joan and I both would give Brad 5 Star Recommend. We would not hesitate to use Brad again.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional and smooth. Brad never over promised anything but he sure delivered above our expectations! He was a pleasure to sell the property with. After having several other sales appraisals completed prior to listing with brad that were poorly researched or unrealistic happy that he was the agent picked is an understatement. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Brad was excellent! He helped us so much with purchasing our first property in Brisbane and we are so relieved to have worked with him throughout the entire process. Although we are extremely happy with our new home, and have no desire to move anytime soon - we know if we did have to sell that Brad would be our number one choice! He was really fantastic and helpful. We would highly recommend him to anyone - by far the best real estate agent we've dealt with.

I interviewed 3 agents and chose Brad because I felt that he was motivated and had genuine interest in getting me a great price. We sold quickly and for a really great price. The process was hassle free and Brad always replied really promptly whenever I had any questions. Brad and his team put a lot of energy into taking care of my concerns and he was always smiling and happy when discussing what was going to be happening next. I wish I had more houses to sell! He'd be my #1 every time!
