Oshie called to see if we were ready to sell our home, the night before we had just discussed what were we going to do now that I was not able to work any longer due to my I’ll health. Both Oshie and Cham came to discuss our options and they advised that they could have some showings with their VIP clients to give us feedback on the house; we agreed to having 2 viewings one during the day and one at twilight and a couple who attended the one bought the house and we got the price we wanted!
